1. Who is responsible
TicoCharge is a brand operated by TicoCircuits. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@ticocircuits.com.
2. Information you choose to provide
When you submit the contact form, the details you enter (name, company, email address, area of interest and project details) are sent to us by email through our email delivery provider, Resend. The website does not keep a database of submissions. If the form cannot be sent, your own email application opens with the message prepared. You can also contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.
3. How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, evaluate project fit, prepare quotations, provide support, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers needed to run the website and handle the enquiry, or where required by law. These include Vercel (website hosting and analytics) and Resend (delivery of contact form emails). These providers may process data outside your country under their own data protection terms. We retain business correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@ticocircuits.com. Depending on your location, additional legal rights may apply.
6. Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand how the website is used. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
